Saini Bhawan: My full power backup reality check

Just moved into Saini Bhawan last month and honestly, the "full power backup" they promised feels like a joke. Everyone glorifies these fancy amenities but nobody talks about the actual power cuts. Light chali gayi toh bas common areas mein backup. My tenants will hate this, affects rent for sure. Also, water supply ka bhi issue hai, tanker bulana padta hai. Is this normal? Change my mind.
