Saini Bhawan possession March mein hui. Living here has been a mix. Construction noise abhi bhi kaafi hai, air quality bhi thodi... not great. Maintenance charges ₹4500 monthly, is this normal? Society vibe theek hai, but finishing issues mile. Anyone else faced these post-possession?
