Does parking allocation actually affect resale value much in Chandigarh? I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 38, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or villa. Looking at places like Saini Bhawan, but honestly, parking seems like an afterthought in many new projects. Is it a nightmare for future tenants? Or does it not really matter for investor ROI? Wondering if investing more for guaranteed, dedicated parking is worth the jump. What's been your experience with this for rental or resale?

Yaar, you've hit the nail on the head. Saini Bhawan ka price range ₹50 L se ₹8 Cr tak hai, but parking ka issue wahan real hai. I've seen so many projects in New Chandigarh where builders promise ample parking but then it becomes a free-for-all. For resale, especially for a 3BHK or villa, a dedicated parking spot is non-negotiable. People won't pay top dollar if they have to fight for space every evening. Rental value bhi gir jaati hai, trust me.
