₹1.5 crore for a 3BHK in New Chandigarh feels like a huge jump from my current 2BHK in Sector 44. I'm thinking of upgrading, but honestly, the premium for Saini Bhawan projects has me wondering. Has anyone dealt with them regarding cancellation and refund? I'm worried about what if plans change, is it a nightmare or somewhat smooth? Also, how's their society maintenance after a few years? Does the builder actually hand over control or keep things tight? And what about the penalty clause in their agreement? Is it mostly one-sided? Just trying to figure if the price jump is really worth it.
