Saini Bhawan: Post-possession customer support is a nightmare?

Honestly, I'm kinda regretting my Saini Bhawan purchase in Zirakpur right now. I thought after 2-3 properties, I'd be wiser, but the customer support post-possession is just zero. Jab booking kar rahe the, sab phone uthate the, ab toh nobody even cares. My 3BHK on the 4th floor has developed plaster cracks near the balcony, aur seepage bhi shuru ho gayi hai. It's barely 1.5 years since I got possession, and I'm already facing these construction quality issues. They just keep passing the buck, saying it's minor wear and tear. Matlab, for a ₹1.1 Cr property in Mohali, you expect better, no? Is anyone else facing similar issues with Saini Bhawan? What did you guys do about it? Bank loan toh ho gaya tha smoothly, but this after-sales service is a nightmare. Thinking of writing to RERA, but not sure if it'll help.
