Saini Bhawan residents: Is the carpet area really practical for daily life?
Since last year I've been eyeing properties, thinking of upgrading from my 2BHK in Sector 37. Saini Bhawan looks promising on paper, but I'm trying to figure out if it's genuinely good for daily living, ya sirf pictures mein accha hai. My budget is around the 1.5 Cr mark for a 3BHK there. Already have a home loan so don't want any surprises. One thing I've realized when checking carpet area is to actually measure it yourself during a site visit, especially for the bedrooms and living room. Builders ka brochure number sometimes doesn't tell the full story about usable space. A small balcony ya weirdly shaped kitchen can eat into that 'efficient' layout, making it feel smaller than the numbers suggest. Also, for those living there, how's the daily commute to places like Mohali IT Park? And nearby schools, hospitals ka access kaisa hai? Community vibe bhi important hai. Is the price jump worth it for the actual livability? Hope this little carpet area tip helps someone else too.
