Saini Bhawan residents, RWA issues pe koi advice?

₹5000 extra maintenance charge last month – Saini Bhawan mein RWA ne yeh announce kiya hai, just 3 months after I moved in. Builder ne sales ke time bola tha maintenance initial years mein low rahega, abhi se itne hidden costs? Society formation ka process bhi bahut slow hai, I'm worried about who's actually running things. Builder ki promises pe ab bilkul trust nahi ho raha. Kya sabke saath aisa ho raha hai ya sirf mere block mein? Any advice on handling RWA issues?
