Since last year, I've been thinking about selling our big kothi. Kids have moved out, so don't need such a big place anymore. Looking at Saini Bhawan, Chandigarh, for a compact 2BHK. Wahan ka maintenance charge kitna aata hai monthly? Is it reasonable for an elderly couple? Aur kya society mein end-users zyada hain ya investors? Ghost society ka thoda darr hai, you know. Floor plan kaisa hai, space efficient hai kya? Any experiences with their resale process?
