Did a site visit to Saini Bhawan last week with my friend, and honestly, things look good on paper. But I've been living here for about 3 months now, and I'm genuinely worried about the water supply. Builder ne toh full tank capacity aur reliable supply bola tha. Kya kisi ko pata hai actual ground reality kya hai? Kitni tanker dependency hai? Aur maintenance charges mein water supply ka service kaisa hai? Should my friend consider this if consistent water is a priority? Not sure if it's just my tower...

Totally agree with U1. Saini Bhawan ka price range ₹50L to ₹8Cr hai, itna spend karke bhi water ki tension? I was looking at a 3BHK there, but ab lag raha hai reconsider karna padega. This is a huge red flag.

U3, exactly! ₹8 Cr tak ja raha hai aur basic utility hi nahi hai. I heard from a property agent that in Manimajra, even older societies have better water management. Builder ka track record check kiya kya? Unka previous project ka kya haal hai?
Yaar, Saini Bhawan mein water issue toh suna hai maine bhi. Builder sab bolte hain, but reality alag hoti hai.
