Yaar, RERA toh sirf ek paper hai. Builders ke paas hamesha loopholes hote hain. Saini Bhawan ka track record check kar lo pehle, na ki sirf RERA status pe jao.
Sahi keh rahe ho. Mera cousin ne Mullanpur Garibdass mein book kiya tha, RERA registered tha but 2 saal late ho gaya possession. Trust karna mushkil hai aise. Builders sirf dates dete rehte hain.
