Since January I've been shortlisting properties in Chandigarh, and Saini Bhawan keeps popping up. I'm trying to gauge its actual ROI potential. What's the real capital appreciation been like since launch? I'm seeing prices from ₹50L up to ₹8Cr, but wondering about the pre-launch vs current pricing delta. Also, important for me is the investor-to-end-user ratio. Don't want a ghost society affecting future resale liquidity. Any insights on the actual secondary market activity there? Need to ensure a solid exit strategy.
