Did a site visit to Saini Bhawan last week. Honestly, the prices are wild. Everyone talks about its premium tag, but I'm looking at capital appreciation. With so many investors, I worry about actual end-user demand driving future value. Is the ROI really there or just a dream? Change my mind.

Totally agree with the original post! My thoughts exactly. Saini Bhawan sounds fancy and all, but ₹50 L to ₹8 Cr is a huge range, and even the lower end feels steep for a first-time buyer like me. I'm worried about getting stuck in a property that just sits there. What are others thinking, is this just FOMO talking?

Haan bhai, same feeling. Prices are just crazy everywhere, especially for anything with a 'premium' tag. Lagta hai sab hawabaazi hai.
