What's the actual carpet area story with Saini Bhawan projects in Zirakpur? I work in real estate, so I know the super area vs. carpet area games builders play. But Saini Bhawan's numbers always feel a bit... optimistic. For a 3BHK in Aerocity, they quote around 1800 sqft super area, but what's the usable space really? Also, how do their post-possession maintenance charges compare to others in New Chandigarh? Heard some residents aren't happy. Just trying to figure out if it's worth it for end-use.
