Did a site visit to Saini Bhawan on Saturday and honestly wasn't expecting this. Builder claims great ROI, but I'm seeing way too many investor-owned units. Matlab, ghost society risk kaafi high lag raha hai. Everyone glorifies Saini Bhawan's location, but nobody talks about actual rental yield. Kya expectations hain? Capital appreciation ka bhi doubt hai, pre-launch se kitna upar gaya hai? Off the record, what's the real scene for an investor here? Change my mind.
