Saini Bhawan's long-term appreciation is a myth, right?
Did a site visit to Saini Bhawan last week, aur honestly, location toh sahi lagi. But I'm looking at it purely from an investment lens, not for living right now. The price range is huge, from 50L to 8 Cr, which makes me wonder about the target buyer. My main concern is capital appreciation and an exit strategy. After 5-7 years, who's going to buy these properties? Is the resale market liquid enough in Chandigarh for a project like this? I'm worried about getting stuck. Builders always promise great appreciation, but real picture kya hai? Is the investor ratio too high here? Will it be a 'ghost society' eventually? Parents keh rahe hain ki long-term dekho, but I need to understand the practical aspects. What are your thoughts on its long-term potential?
