Saini Bhawan's play area feels unsafe

Since last year I've been checking out properties in Chandigarh. Saini Bhawan looks good on paper, but I'm worried about the actual usability. Yaar, children's play area sirf naam ka hai kya? Kids safely use it or just for show? And elevators ka maintenance response time kaisa hai? My parents keep saying check these daily-use things.
