Saini Bhawan's power backup is a marketing gimmick, right?

Is Saini Bhawan ka power backup claim for full flat usage real ya sirf common areas ke liye hai? I'm checking out Saini Bhawan for investment, but yaar, builders always promise 24/7 power backup. My own experience in real estate tells me what they print in brochures isn't always the ground reality. For an investor, tenant attraction aur resale value directly depend karti hai on such basic amenities. Agar ACs nahi chalte backup pe, toh kya fayda? My last client faced this issue in a different project. Maintenance charges mein iska kya breakdown hai? Does it actually kick in without a major delay during power cuts?
