Saini Majra 2BHK prices are getting absurd
Did a site visit to Saini Majra last Saturday and honestly, the prices there kinda shocked me. I work in real estate, so I know the market, but ₹95L for a 2BHK felt steep. Builder was quoting for an Omaxe project. I'm looking for end-use, not just investment. Are these prices justified with the current infra? Or is there negotiation room they don't tell you about? Got chatting with a resident outside, and he mentioned intermittent water supply issues, especially in summer. He said they often rely on tanker deliveries. Is this a common thing in Saini Majra, or was he just unlucky? What's daily life actually like there? Peaceful or too much hustle? I'm trying to see past the brochures. Any current residents can share their honest experience? What are the hidden costs or daily struggles? Am I missing something with the pricing, or is it genuinely becoming this expensive?

Totally feel you, OP! Saini Majra prices have gone crazy. 95L for a 2BHK is just too much. Builders are milking the New Chandigarh hype.
Tanker mafia? Oh no! So Saini Majra is a no-go then
Haan bhai, water issue is very real. My cousin in Mullanpur Garibdass faces it too.
