Dekho, Saket is a prime location. Connectivity, amenities, schools... sab kuch hai. Pichhle 2 saal mein North Delhi-South Delhi corridor mein prices 15-20% upar gaye hain, especially in established areas like Alaknanda and Anand Niketan. If it's a good society and location within Saket, 2.5 crore might not be totally off, but you need to check the builder's reputation. Cosmic Group ka koi track record hai kya? I haven't heard of them for residential projects.

Justify toh location karti hai, but builder pe bhi depend karta hai. Agar Cosmic Group hai, jinka koi project nahi hai, toh itna premium pay karna risky hai. Mere hisaab se nahi hote justify.
Same feeling bro! Hum bhi Saket mein dekh rahe the, 2 Cr tak theek lag raha tha, but 2.5 toh out of budget hai.
