Sakshi Apartment mein rehne ka real experience kaisa hai, any current residents? I'm currently in a 2BHK and looking to upgrade to a 3BHK, ₹40-50L budget mein ye project accha lag raha hai. Already have a home loan, so just want to know if the price jump is worth it. Brochure mein toh amenities bohot saari hain, but unka actual condition aur utility kitni hai? Like, gym ya swimming pool ka maintenance sahi hai ya bas show-piece hain? Aur carpet area kitna efficient hai, matlab 3BHK mein families ke liye space comfortable hai ya congested lagta hai? Society ka vibe kaisa hai, friendly community hai ya sab apne-apne mein rehte hain? Daily commute ke liye connectivity kaisi hai? Kya air quality aur noise levels theek hain wahan?

Carpet area wise, it's efficient, not super spacious but good enough for a nuclear family. Society vibe is mixed, some friendly, some keep to themselves. Connectivity is good for daily commute, but peak hours mein traffic jam milta hai. Air quality average hai, noise level depends on which side your flat faces.
Mujhe bhi Sakshi Apartment interesting laga tha, especially price range mein. But my main concern is the actual utility of amenities. Gym mein equipment kaafi purane toh nahi hain? Aur swimming pool clean rehta hai? Also, the area has some traffic issues, toh air quality aur noise level ka kya scene hai? Anand Niketan ke paas ek project dekha tha wahan noise bahut thi.
Budget toh theek lag raha hai, par location kya hai exact? Connectivity pe bahut depend karta hai.
82 units kaafi kam hain, society ka vibe toh shayad utna active na ho. Maintenance bhi high ho sakti hai. Good point about the vibe.

Bhai, RERA number toh check karna hi chahiye. Delhi mein aajkal market conditions up-down ho rahi hain, builders bhi naye projects mein delay kar rahe hain. Sakshi Apartment ka status 'null' dikha raha hai kai sites pe, toh uss pe bhi dhyan dena. Kahi paisa phass na jaaye.

Mera experience Anand Vihar mein bahut bura raha hai, possession 2 saal late hua aur amenities abhi tak functional nahi hain. Sakshi Apartment ka RERA number check kiya kya? Aur uska completion date kya hai? 82 units hain toh maybe maintenance cost spread ho jaaye, but quality pe compromise nahi hona chahiye.
