Hi guys, I'm based in Dubai. Salarpur Khadar mein investment karna sahi rahega? Can't visit for inspection, so relying on you all. What's the real story on waterlogging during monsoon? And how's the resale value if I need to sell later? Mujhe advice chahiye yaar. Thanks!
