Salarpur Khadar Noida - Safe for family relocation?

Guys, I'm looking at Salarpur Khadar for a 3BHK. Wife wants a safe society for kids, school bhi paas mein hona chahiye. What's the real picture? Is it actually safe, especially at night? How are the schools nearby? I've heard about waterlogging issues during monsoon. Sach hai kya? What do you think about long-term investment there? Mujhe advice chahiye yaar.
