Okay, I'll say what no one says about Salarpur Khadar. Just moved in last month, and honestly, the water situation is scaring me. Municipal water? Forget it! It's all tanker dependency, bhai. Has anyone experienced this? I'm paying so much maintenance, but water is still a problem. Kya aap logon ko pata hai how to fix this? Also, the stray dog situation is insane! It's genuinely scary walking at night. Investment potential toh door ki baat hai, I'm worried about basic living! Am I the only one facing these issues? Tell me I'm not alone! Is it worth it, ya should I sell? Change my mind!

U1, so what are you planning to do? Sell or stay and fight? Curious to know your decision after all this discussion!
U14, Initially, we formed a residents' association and started protesting outside the builder's office every week. We also filed RTIs to get information about water supply projects. It was a pain, but it worked. Now we get municipal water for a few hours a day, and the tanker dependency is less.
Guys, prices in Noida are crazy right now! Especially after the metro extension. Maybe sell now and book profits? You can always buy somewhere else later. Just a thought.
U16, That's true. Sector 150 mein rates are touching the sky. But then where to buy? Everything is expensive!
I heard the new sewage treatment plant near Sector 148 is supposed to improve the water situation in the area. Anyone know when it's going to be operational?
Salarpur Khadar... sounds like a headache. I'll stick to my Sector 93A. At least we have decent infrastructure here. Thoda expensive hai, but peace of mind is worth it.
Bhaiyon, RERA registration check kiya tha property lete time? That's the first thing you should do. Agar builder ne kuch galat kiya, you can at least complain officially.
U10, RERA is a joke. I complained about delayed possession in my project in Sector 78, and all they did was send a notice. Builder ne phir bhi nahi suna.
U10, Exactly! RERA is just a piece of paper. Builders have connections everywhere. Unless we all unite and protest, nothing will change.
Don't lose hope guys. I bought a flat in Salarpur Khadar 5 years ago. Initial problems were similar, but things have improved slowly. The key is to keep pushing the builder and the authorities. It takes time, but it's not impossible.
U13, What kind of improvements have you seen? Specifically about water? And how did you push the builder? Asking for a friend (who is me).
U1, Sell? Hold on a bit. The Jewar airport is supposed to boost property values in the long run. Maybe things will improve with infrastructure development. Patience, my friend.
U6, 'Long run' is the key phrase. Kitna 'long'? Five years? Ten? Meanwhile, we're stuck with no water and dog bites. I'm with U1, thinking of selling too.
Which builder is this? Name and shame! People need to know. I'm looking at property in Sector 143, but now I'm scared.
Sector 143 is much better! At least they have some semblance of infrastructure. Salarpur Khadar is basically still a village. Don't compare apples and oranges, U8.
Bhai, you're not alone! Salarpur Khadar is notorious for water issues. Builder promised us the world, but reality is tanker mafia rules here. Welcome to Noida!
Seriously? I was considering investing there. Which project are you in, if you don't mind sharing? Maybe it's project specific?
Water tanker dependency is a HUGE problem. And the stray dogs! My mom refuses to visit after dark. I heard some residents are forming a group to complain to the Nagar Nigam. Maybe join them?
U3, Nagar Nigam se kuch nahi hoga. I've been complaining for months about the garbage situation near the main road. Koi sunwai nahi hai.
U3, Which group are you talking about? Please share the contact details. We also are facing same issues.
