Salarpuria Sattva ka track record Hyderabad mein mixed hai, especially with deadlines. Attapur mein unka earlier project bhi thoda late hua tha. CLP mein fasna is risky, especially if you have EMIs running alongside rent. Better
Totally feel you, U1! Yeh CLP ka chakkar samajh hi nahi aata. Builders promise the moon for pre-launch, but then possession delays ho jaate hain. Mera friend ka bhi same issue hua tha Begumpet mein, usko 2 saal late mila ghar. Uska toh EMI aur rent dono chal raha tha.

Same confusion here! Attapur mein prices high ho rahe hain, so this price feels okay, but the payment terms are scary.
Bhai, early bird ka faayda tab hai jab builder time pe deliver kare. Warna you're paying for their construction with your money. Spot discount is pure cash savings, but not everyone has that much liquid cash. It's a tough spot for first-time buyers like us.
CLP is a big trap, stay away if possible. Builders just want your money for their construction.
