₹1.8 crore for a 3BHK in Gachibowli at Salarpuria Sattva, but then the stamp duty hit. Nobody told me it'd be such a big chunk post-registration! Matlab, it felt like another hidden charge. Is there *any* way to reduce this, ya it's fixed? Change my mind if you think it's fair.
