Been renting for 7 years now, fed up. Looking at Salarpuria Sattva, Keesara. Builder says fixed price. Can we truly negotiate? What hidden charges appear at possession? Should I push for a spot discount or other concessions?

Actually, I heard Salarpuria Sattva is a decent builder. Keesara is developing fast, so maybe they are offering a genuine fixed price to attract initial buyers.
Fixed price? Bhai, ye builders ki sabse badi jhooth hoti hai. Keesara mein Salarpuria? Hmm, location theek hai, but fixed price bolke end mein registration, amenities, maintenance sab add kar denge. Negotiation toh door ki baat hai.
