Salarpuria Sattva Lake Ridge: Delivery and quality check?

Honestly, I'm completely fed up with renting in Gachibowli, landlord ne rent badha diya phir se. Finally, I'm taking the plunge to buy something in Hyderabad. I'm seriously looking at Salarpuria Sattva's Lake Ridge project in Kokapet. The location near ORR and Financial District is great, and the price range for a 3BHK seems okay, around ₹1.5 Cr. My main concern is their delivery track record. Are they generally on time, ya delays hote hain? Also, construction quality ka kya scene hai? Post-possession, plaster cracks, seepage issues toh nahi aate? Aur booking ke baad customer support kaisa hai, phone uthate hain ya ghost kar dete hain? Anyone with actual experience with Sattva Lake Ridge, please share your thoughts. Should I consider them?
