Okay I'll be honest — buying a flat in Hyderabad is more confusing than I thought. We're looking at Salarpuria Sattva Lake Ridge in Narsingi for a 3BHK, budget around ₹1.8 Cr. Kids ke school ke liye nearby options dekh raha hoon. Par society maintenance 2-3 saal baad kaisa rehta hai? Current residents ka word-of-mouth reputation kaisa hai? Amenities ka real picture kya hai long term mein?

Totally agree! Narsingi is a good area though. Proximity to schools is a huge plus. My cousin booked in a different project nearby, and it's looking good so far.
Yaar, you're not alone. Hyderabad mein flat lena is a real headache. Salarpuria Sattva, they're big, sure, established since 1986 from Bengaluru, but sometimes these big names also have their own set of problems. Maintenance is always the biggest worry after possession.
