Salarpuria Sattva Lake Ridge owners, post-booking support kaisa hai?

Since last year, I've been searching for a bigger flat in Hyderabad, 3BHK for my growing family. Salarpuria Sattva ka Lake Ridge Kokapet mein dekha hai, location achhi lag rahi for kids' school. But I'm really concerned about their customer support after booking. Mera experience with other builders was bad, calls uthate hi nahi. Also, are the promised amenities, like the swimming pool and kids' play area, actually maintained and usable after possession? What about resale value for these projects in 5-7 years?
