₹1.8 Cr for a 3BHK in Kokapet, Salarpuria Sattva mein — just got possession last month. Hidden charges ne budget hila diya. Maintenance advance, society formation fees, matlab yeh sab toh koi batata hi nahi hai. Super area aur carpet area ka difference bhi kaafi tha. Did you guys face similar hidden costs? PLC worth it thi kya, ya waste of money?
