Salarpuria Sattva: Post-booking communication is a red flag
Okay I'll be honest — I completely underestimated how confusing this process is, especially when upgrading. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Gachibowli, thinking of a 3BHK in Kokapet, budget around ₹1.5 Cr. Already have a home loan. We checked out Salarpuria Sattva Lake Ridge. Initially, sales team was super responsive. But after booking, customer support thoda slow ho gaya. Calls ka reply jaldi nahi aata. Phir possession ke time, unexpected hidden charges like PLC, maintenance deposits, and registry fees ka shock laga. Matlab, thoda aur transparency expect kiya tha. Is it just me or is this common? How well do these builders communicate post-booking? Any experiences with Salarpuria Sattva's customer support after booking? Aur inki projects ki resale value 5 saal baad kaisi rehti hai?
