Just moved into Sattva Lake Ridge last month, and honestly, the possession experience had some surprises. They were quick with the handover after OC, but some promised amenities felt rushed. Also, the post-possession maintenance charges seem a bit steep for what we're getting. Is this normal for Salarpuria Sattva projects in Gachibowli? Anyone else faced this?
