Tellapur mein Salarpuria Sattva ka project dekh raha hoon. Builder spot discount de raha hai ya price hike ka wait kar raha hai, samajh nahi aa raha. I work in real estate but buying for myself is different. Kya ye builder ka tactic hai ya genuinely deal achhi hai? Stamp duty bhi badh gayi hai, toh total cost mein kaise negotiate karein?

Mere ek friend ne Alwal mein ek project book kiya tha, final stages mein unhone construction quality compromise kar di thi. Bohot darr lagta hai aise deals se, especially jab itna bada investment ho.

Sahi baat hai U1. My cousin booked in Banjara Hills, same story. Discount diya, but then final payment ke time pe hidden charges aur maintenance cost itni badha di ki discount ka koi matlab hi nahi raha. Builder ne bas attract kiya tha.
