Salarpuria Sattva Tellapur: Final cost shocker

Visited Salarpuria Sattva's Tellapur project last weekend. Honestly, the final cost after all the 'extras' like PLC, infrastructure charges, and maintenance deposits was shocking. It totally changes the ROI calculation. Are builders in Hyderabad still doing this bait-and-switch on total cost? What did you manage to negotiate down?

Totally relatable! I visited a project in Nallagandla recently, and the same story. Base price sunke laga budget mein hai, but then they hit you with floor rise, car parking, club house, electrification, GST... sab add karke itna badh gaya ki I just walked out. Builders ki yeh strategy bahut annoying hai.

Haan bhai, same experience. They always keep the base price low to attract, then add on slowly. It's a classic trick.
