Tolichowki — looking at Salarpuria Sattva projects there. I'm trying to figure out the best payment strategy for an investment property. My budget is around ₹1.2Cr for a 2BHK. Should I go for a construction-linked plan or push for a bigger upfront discount with a higher down payment? Also, for projects like these, is it better to deal directly with the builder or work through a broker? Honestly, not sure who gives the better ROI long term. What's been your experience with these in Hyderabad?

Bhai, Salarpuria Sattva ka track record Tolichowki mein mixed hai. Especially possession dates ko lekar. ₹1.2 Cr for 2BHK sounds a bit high right now, unless it's a very premium location. Direct builder se deal karna better hai usually, brokers often push projects with higher commissions.
