Saroornagar keeps coming up every time I shortlist something. Looking at Salarpuria Sattva projects there, their 2BHKs are around ₹90L. But honestly, I'm confused about the real all-in cost. What hidden charges should I watch out for beyond just stamp duty and registration? My parents keep saying builders add surprise costs later. Is PLC always included, or is it an extra negotiation point? Ab samajh nahi aa raha.
