Salarpuria Sattva's hidden charges are a huge concern
Been looking for 8 months now and it's getting exhausting. We're upgrading to a 3BHK in Hyderabad, maybe Gachibowli or Narsingi. My budget is around ₹1.5 Cr. My wife's priority is a safe neighborhood for the kids and a good school nearby. We visited Sattva Lake Ridge a few months back, it looked good. But I'm hearing mixed things about possession. Is it true they hit you with a lot of hidden charges at handover? Like extra PLC, IDC and all? Someone told me about a huge maintenance deposit too, not sure if that's standard. And after booking, their customer support for queries about these charges, is it responsive ya fir ghost kar dete hain? Kya koi Salarpuria Sattva Lake Ridge se recently possession liya hai? Kaisa experience raha? Any surprises?

Bhai, you're not alone. My cousin booked in Salarpuria Sattva Magnus in Begumpet, and it was a nightmare. The possession was delayed by over a year, and then came the charges. They hit him with a huge 'club membership' fee that wasn't clearly mentioned, and the maintenance deposit was exorbitant, like 2 years' worth upfront. He had to fight tooth and nail for every clarification, and customer support was mostly useless, just copy-pasted responses. Be very careful and get everything in writing!

Exactly my concern! We almost booked with Salarpuria Sattva in Attapur last year, but a friend who took possession from them for another project warned us about these exact hidden charges. They said the final amount was almost 10-12% higher than what was initially quoted, especially due to unexpected PLC and IDC. Customer support also becomes super slow after booking, it's like they're a different company.
