What's the scene with Salarpuria Sattva's 'final' costs for Banjara Hills projects? Builder quotes one price, then possession ke time pe so many hidden charges aate hain. PLC, utility connection, maintenance advance... it all adds up. I work in real estate, but even I'm surprised by how much these 'adjustments' eat into ROI. Construction-linked payment plans mein bhi yahi hota hai. Kitna extra paisa rakhna chahiye aside from the quoted price?

Totally agree! My friend booked a flat with them in Ameerpet two years ago, and unko bhi same experience hua. Builder ne bola tha "all-inclusive," but possession ke time pe additional 3-4 lakhs maang liye for amenities aur society formation. Is there any way to challenge these charges legally, ya bas accept karna padta hai
