Salarpuria Sattva's hidden charges are insane.

Honestly, I'm so frustrated right now with the hidden costs after booking my flat with Salarpuria Sattva in Tolichowki. Initial quote mein sab kuch clear nahi tha, ab builder-buyer agreement mein itni saari extra cheezein dikh rahi hain. Matlab, PLC, club house charges, power backup installation... yeh sab alag se mention ho raha hai. I thought the 'all-inclusive' price was actually all-inclusive. Meri budget pura hil gaya hai ab. Did anyone else face this with Salarpuria Sattva or any other Hyderabad builder? What did you guys do? Ab samajh nahi aa raha kaise manage karun, ya negotiate karun. Koi advice hai toh please batao.
