The 'all-inclusive' pricing builders show is a complete joke, honestly. Just got the final breakdown for my Salarpuria Sattva flat and my head is spinning. They quoted one price, but then PLC, floor rise, stamp duty, registration, OC charges... it's all adding up so much! My budget for interiors is almost gone. Shalibanda mein itna unexpected kharcha hoga, I had no idea. Parents bolte the 'extra rakho', but kitna extra? Is this normal for Hyderabad? Did anyone else feel completely blindsided by these hidden costs? What percentage extra did you guys end up paying over the base price? Ab samajh nahi aa raha kaise manage karu.

I feel your pain, U1. For my flat in Kondapur, I ended up paying almost 22% more than the initial base price they showed me. PLC, floor rise, amenities, GST, then stamp duty, registration, corpus fund... the list just kept growing. My initial budget for modular kitchen and wardrobes is now completely gone. Did anyone else end up paying like 20-25% more than the initial quoted price? Is this the new normal for Hyderabad real estate?

Be very careful with these 'all-inclusive' claims. I've seen builders in Attapur pull similar stunts. They show a low per sqft rate to attract buyers, but then add so many charges that the final cost becomes exorbitant. Always ask for the final, all-inclusive price in writing before even thinking of paying the booking amount. Don't fall for just the base price.
Haan yaar, I had a terrible experience with a builder near Gachibowli a couple of years back. They hiked the 'development charges' and 'electrical infrastructure charges' right before possession. It felt like extortion. We had no choice but to pay because our home loan was already sanctioned and we didn't want to lose the booking amount. It added almost 18% to our initial quote.

Haan yaar, same pinch! I felt exactly the same with another builder. Yeh OC charges toh mandatory nahi hote na? Ye kaise add kar dete hain?
Totally agree bhai! Salarpuria ka toh naam hi kaafi hai for hidden costs. Mera dost bhi phasa tha inke ek project mein.
