Just moved into my 3BHK at Sattva Lake Ridge in Kokapet last month. Paid a pretty penny, honestly. Everyone talks about Salarpuria Sattva's brand value, but I'm starting to wonder about the resale potential in Hyderabad. My flat was like ₹1.8 Cr. Will this actually appreciate well in 5-7 years, or is it just good for end-use? I see a lot of investor-owned units here, which usually means lower rental yields and maybe slower appreciation in the long run. Are builders like My Home or Prestige in Gachibowli or Narsingi actually better long-term bets for appreciation? I feel like the initial premium for Sattva doesn't always translate to future gains. Change my mind.
