Sam City owners, how's the actual living space?
Did a site visit to Sam City last weekend. I work in real estate, but buying for myself is a whole different ballgame. Builders always play super area vs. carpet area games, but Sam City's carpet area for the 2/3 BHKs felt surprisingly efficient for the price point (₹38-58L). I mean, it *looked* okay during the visit, but sometimes that changes after you move in, right? It's completed, so no delivery worries there. My big question for current residents: Does that carpet area *feel* spacious enough for daily living long-term? Beyond the plans, what's the actual livability like? Are the neighbourhood schools and local markets genuinely convenient, or just 'nearby' on paper? I know what marketing says, but I'd appreciate some off-the-record opinions. Any tips on verifying actual usable space beyond the numbers? Hope this helps someone looking.
