Got possession of my Sampatti Ashiyan flat in March, and honestly, investor plans are in trouble. Broker ne rental yield ₹12k bola tha, but actual mein ₹9k bhi mushkil se mil raha hai. Resale market bhi bilkul dead lag raha hai, koi serious buyer nahi. Mera ROI ka calculation pura bigad gaya. Anyone else facing similar issues wahan?

Bhai, ye toh bohot serious problem hai. ₹9k rent for a flat in Sampatti Ashiyan? Mujhe toh laga tha udhar rentals achhe milte hain. Ye Ghaziabad mein kis area mein aata hai? Mera friend bhi dekh raha tha udhar, especially in the ₹25-30L range, but ab toh lag raha hai usko bhi caution karna padega. Brokers ne toh bas sapne dikhaye hain.
