Samrajya Ayodhya Noida studios - worth it?

Just watched a video on Samrajya Ayodhya's construction update in Noida. I'm actually looking at studio apartments there, and the location looks pretty good. The video showed some decent progress on site. Anyone here have any experience with Starling or Maa Bhagwati builders? I'm honestly not sure about these studio options. Is it a solid investment, or are there better choices in Noida right now? Would love to hear your thoughts, good or bad!
