Samvad Apartment — considering it for our retirement. Kids gone, selling our big house, need compact, low-maintenance. Visited 2BHKs, around 1100 sqft. Builder's carpet area often inflated, right? What's actual usable space? Is layout efficient for older couples, ya phir awkward? Need peaceful society, easy hospital access, daily markets nearby. How's neighbourhood for seniors? Maintenance charges... they quoted a figure, but what do residents actually pay monthly? Don't want hidden costs. Is it genuinely low-maintenance living? Any current residents share honest experience? Especially community vibe and layout efficiency. We just want comfortable, quiet place, no surprises.

Samvad Apartments? Hmm, builder ki carpet area wali baat toh bilkul sahi pakdi hai aapne. Aksar builders inflate karte hain numbers. 1100 sqft bolenge but carpet area hardly 700-750 nikalti hai. Is builder ka track record bhi mixed reviews wala hai, khaas kar finishing ko lekar. Retirement ke liye compact theek hai, but quality bhi toh chahiye na.
Totally agree! My friend booked a 3BHK in Alpha II Greater Noida, bola
