Sanath Nagar property prices are completely unjustified.
Been renting in Hyderabad for years now, fed up of landlord hiking rent every 11 months. Finally taking the plunge, looking at Sanath Nagar. My budget is around ₹1.1 Cr for a 3BHK, but what I'm seeing for that price is just... not it. Builders like My Home and Aparna have projects, but the pricing seems totally out of whack for the actual amenities or location perks. Is it just me or are Sanath Nagar prices totally inflated right now? I'm honestly wondering if the resale market there is any better. Should I even bother with new projects or look at older ones? Also, what's the deal with actual build quality from some of these guys in that area? Don't want to get stuck with hidden costs or maintenance nightmares later. Any real experiences, especially from recent buyers?
