My lease ends in 3 months and I'm honestly fed up of renting. Landlord just hiked rent again, so I'm finally taking the plunge. Everyone talks about Sanjay Nagar being this 'peaceful' residential haven in Ghaziabad. But honestly, I'm seeing crazy traffic near the main market and maintenance charges for older societies look steep. Is it really worth it for a 2BHK around ₹65L? What's the *actual* daily commute like for someone working in Delhi? Are RWAs effective, or is it just fighting over parking? Change my mind about it being chaotic.

Sach bolun toh, OP ne bilkul sahi pakda hai. Sanjay Nagar ka 'peaceful' vibe ab bas brochures mein hi reh gaya hai. Main market ke paas se nikalna matlab traffic jam ki guarantee. Aur 65L for a 2BHK? Bhai, itna toh Ahinsa Khand II mein achhi society mein mil jaata hai, aur connectivity bhi better hai Delhi ke liye. It's too much for the chaos you get, especially if it's an older society with hidden charges. Mujhe toh lagta hai marketing gimmick hai yeh 'peaceful' wala tag.
