Sanjeevani Sonchapha: My first-hand rental reality check

Sanjeevani Sonchapha's rental yields are not what I expected after moving in last month. Seriously, everyone talks about Pune's rental potential, but my 2BHK at ₹1.4 Cr isn't even touching 2% yield. Is anyone actually getting decent ROI here? I'm seeing barely any capital appreciation since completion either. Resale market feels dead. Change my mind, tell me I'm wrong.

First-time buyer's amenity vs reality confusion

Been looking for a year. Pune's property scene is wild. Sanjeevani Sonchapha mein club house, gym dikhate hain. Possession ke baad actually kya milta hai? Parents bolte hain amenities bas brochure pe. Maintenance charges high, service kaisi milti hai? Ghost facilities toh nahi hongi na? Confused.
