I completely underestimated how confusing this process is, especially from abroad. I'm based in Dubai and looking at Sankey Road / Malleshwaram extension for investment. Builders like Prestige and Sobha have projects nearby, but prices for a 2BHK are hitting ₹1.4 Cr. Is this price justified? Yaar, ROI kitna milega 3-5 saal mein? Also, legal issues ka kya scene hai wahan? Can't do site visits easily, so need ground truth on builder track records and clear titles. Kya lagta hai, should I look elsewhere?

ROI toh chhod do, principal bhi recover hoga kya itne short term mein? Builders like Prestige and Sobha, unki brand value hai but is it worth paying such a premium?
