Okay I'll be honest — I completely underestimated how confusing this process is. I'm looking for my first 2BHK in Pune, Baner ya Wagholi, budget around ₹85L. I visited Rohit 108 Astera (Wagholi) and Sankla West World (Baner). Brochures look good, but my main worry is construction quality. Rohit ke projects mein finishing issues, aur Sankla mein seepage complaints suni hain. Is this feedback real for their Pune projects? Also, customer support after booking ka kya haal hai? Do they pick up the phone? Koi recent experience share kar sakta hai? Samajh nahi aa raha kaunsa better hai.

U4, Sankla West World, Baner mein hai na? Baner ka location advantage toh hai, connectivity acchi hai. Mere ek colleague ne Sankla ke ek project mein invest kiya tha
Bhai, you mentioned Rohit Group. Ek baat clear kar doon, unka track record as a builder in Pune is practically non-existent. My friend tried to find their previous projects, aur RERA pe bhi kuch khaas nahi mila. Jo data humein diya gaya hai, Rohit Group ka total projects: 0. Ye bahut bada red flag hai, especially for a first-time buyer like us. Quality issues toh baad ki baat hai, pehle ye confirm karo ki builder genuine hai ya nahi. Wagholi mein aise naye players bahut aa rahe hain, be careful.

Totally agree with you! Mere ek cousin ne bhi aise hi ek naye builder ke saath deal kiya tha Amanora Park Town ke paas, aur abhi tak possession nahi mila hai. Sirf brochures pe mat jao. Ye '0 projects' wali baat toh bahut serious hai. Rohit se proper RERA details aur past project proof maango.
